We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at PHILKEM SDN. BHD. in Puchong, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping. What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Assisting in tax preparation and filing requirements
  • Providing support and advice to clients on various accounting and tax-related matters
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-added services to company.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of streamlined accounting practices
  • Handle full set of account efficiently in timely manner
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within a small practice or professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in using accounting software such as ERP software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner
