Account Executive

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance within a property development environment.

You will be involved in day-to-day accounting operations and provide support to the finance team in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL)
  • Data entry and maintenance of accounting records
  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts
  • Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
  • Assist in bank reconciliations
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the finance/accounting department
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
