Senior Account Executive / Account Executive
Requirements
  • Software Proficiency: Experience in SAP S4 Hana Accounting System (US) is a plus.
  • Alternative Software: Experience with SQL Accounting System.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of the Companies Act and statutory requirements.
  • Tax Knowledge: Ability to manage tax obligations including SST and Corporate Tax.
Responsibilities
  • Implement finance policies and ensure proper internal controls are in place.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers as needed.
  • Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and fund operations.
  • Process inter-company fund transfers (e.g., via TT).
  • Manage group treasury functions and banking facilities to ensure operational liquidity.
  • Maintain and monitor AP, ARBB), and General Ledger (GL) transactions.
  • Prepare and post General Journals and Salary entries.
  • Maintain the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) and prepare depreciation schedules.
  • Generate monthly management reports, specifically Creditor and Debtor Aging Reports.
  • Manage supplier accounts (local and overseas) and verify supporting documents like DO, GRN, PO, and Bill of Lading.
  • Verify and issue payment vouchers, petty cash, and expense claims.
  • Check and verify Sales Invoices.
