SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE + ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive + Account Assistant to join our dynamic JENSTUD MARKETING SDN BHD' team in Port Klang Town, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a range of accounting and financial reporting tasks to support the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial statements
• Reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using SQL, SAGE UBS accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree or professional accounting certification (e.g. Degree, Diploma)
