In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions for the company, playing a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Full Set Accounting
Manage and handle full set accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end closing).
Prepare monthly financial statements, cashflow reports, and management reports.
Ensure accurate and timely closing for both companies.
Financial Management & Reporting
Handle budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Monitor cashflow, aging reports, expenses, and cost allocations.
Review and verify all accounting entries, invoices, claims, and payment vouchers.
Taxation & Compliance
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary.
Ensure compliance with SST, tax submissions, statutory requirements, withholding tax, transfer pricing and company policies.
Prepare necessary tax documents and ensure timely submission.
Payroll & HR-Related Accounting
Handle payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), staff claims.
Maintain accurate staff records for accounting purposes.
System & Administrative
Manage accounting system (SQL).
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and digital record-keeping.
Support management in financial planning and operational decision-making.
Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in accounting (full set accounts).
Experience managing accounts for multiple entities is a strong advantage.
Experience working in an audit firm
Strong knowledge of accounting software (SQL/Autocount/others).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and financial accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Able to start immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
