Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Track cash flow, expenses and payment schedules.
• Process staff payroll, commissions and monthly payouts.
• Provide administrative support including filing and documentation.

Job description

Account Senior Executive / Account Executive

- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL,)

- Handle Autocount accounting system

- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet

- Daily accounting entries and bank reconciliation

- Track cash flow, expenses and payment schedules

- Process staff payroll, commissions and monthly payouts

- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and accountant when required

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and general office duties

- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required

Requirements

Min: SPM

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office; accounting software knowledge is an advantage

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Able to work independently and as part of a team
