Culina Malaysia is in the hunt for a ‘Senior Account Executive’ to join our dynamic Finance team!

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages and supervises Accounts Executive/Assistant and provides support to the operational team.
  • Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances.
  • Ensures timely and accurate prepared monthly and year-end financial closing including preparation of audit and tax relevant schedules.
  • Performs annual stock take and stock variances adjustments.
  • Timely prepare SST report for bimonthly submission and ensure timely submission of withholding tax.
  • Conduct monthly inventory menu stock cutting and ensure inventory module closed prior to monthly financial closing.
  • Post wholesales receipts and ensure timely issuance of Statement of Account to wholesales representative.
  • Issue sales invoices/ Proforma Invoice to corporate customer.
  • Perform store receipts reconciliation for cash, credit cards and Grab delivery transactions.
  • Prepares and distribute sales reports to relevant stakeholders, including landlords, corporate holding and management team.
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in accounting with a minimum of 5 years working experiences in retails/ F&B environment.
  • A team player who is meticulous, independent, have a positive mindset, good problem solving, analytical skills and highly adaptable to fast changing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting, experience in budget preparation.
  • Proficient in IFRS/local FRSs.
  • Knowledge or experience with ERP system is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, index-match etc) and Office 365 preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive mindset.
