A leading genomic software company in France is seeking a Head of People / Group HR Director. This role requires a strategic leader with over 10 years of HR experience in tech. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operations across multiple countries and defining global People strategies. Bilingual candidates fluent in French and English are preferred. The position offers a competitive compensation package and a hybrid work model between Montpellier and Paris.
