Job summary
Une entreprise de relation client recherche un agent clientèle à Bordeaux pour rejoindre l'équipe d'Expedia. Le candidat idéal aura un niveau natif en français et au moins un niveau B2 en anglais. Les tâches incluront la gestion des requêtes des clients par téléphone et email, en offrant un excellent service et en maintenant une communication claire.
