A government agency in Pretoria is seeking an HR practitioner to support its strategic human capital objectives. Responsibilities include recruitment and selection, advising on employee relations matters, and managing HR documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong people management skills and the ability to provide effective solutions. To support the HR Department in the successful execution of the FSCA Strategic Human Capital objectives. The person appointed to this position will be supervised.
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: People management, problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills, knowledge of current HR legislation, the ability to perform consistently under pressure and be team orientated.
