Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Human Capital strategy within business units.
  • Provide guidance on Human Capital issues.
  • Partner with the business on Talent Management processes.
  • Responsible for the full recruiting cycle.
  • Advising the business on Labor Relations cases.
