RPO Recruitment's client, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team.
The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the project managers and staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in office management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate with project managers to provide administrative support, including document management and project tracking
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
