We're a UK-based company helping businesses reduce risk and improve safety across their sites and were looking for a smart, personable Junior Account Manager to join our team remotely from Pretoria, South Africa.
In this role, you'll work alongside our Strategic Business Development Manager, supporting client relationships, handling follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience for our existing clients. This isn't a cold-calling sales role its about building trust, being responsive, and helping accounts run smoothly.
- Supporting ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Making phone calls to check in, follow up, and maintain service quality
- Assisting with admin : reports, proposals, scheduling, and CRM updates
- Keeping communication professional, clear, and proactive
- Helping the team ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded
- 1 to2 years experience in a client-facing role : sales support, account coordination, or admin
- Confident on the phone and great with people
- Exceptionally organised and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Must be based in or near Pretoria (occasional in-person catch-ups with the team)
