• Knowledge of basic HR processes including discipline and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies on job boards and social media.
• Coordinate first-day onboarding for new staff.
• Maintain accurate employee files (physical and digital).
• Draft and publish staff notices and memos.
• Support training sessions and maintain training calendar.
