As an Analyst, you will be involved in:

1. Identifying Opportunities: Assessing the current state of the client to find improvement areas through research, interviews, workshops, and analytics.
2. Defining Client Needs: Documenting business requirements to clarify what needs to change and how to leverage new opportunities.
3. Designing the Future: Collaborating with clients to design new processes, technology needs, and implementation plans.
4. Guiding Our Clients: Helping clients evolve to new stages by defining impacts and steps for quick adaptation to change.
