Role: Global People Systems Manager
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Duration: 12 months FTC maternity cover
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE: We are a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team where self-starters have an opportunity to make a huge impact as part of the wider BrandTech Group.
We require a People Systems Manager to lead the People Systems Team to ensure we are continuously supporting business change, articulating business requirements, implementing new solutions to ensure maximum potential is achieved, and driving operational performance.
This is a transitional time within our business, and we are looking for someone who excels in navigating change and thrives in dynamic environments. The successful candidate will need to be able to lead a team to problem solve, adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving environment, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all business disciplines.
