Job description
Purpose Of The Job

To support the HR Department in the successful execution of the FSCA Strategic Human Capital objectives. The person appointed to this position will be supervised.

Key Performance Areas
  • Recruitment and selection of staff including administration of appointment and transfers and exit process;
  • Review and prepare job descriptions; job profiles and job specifications;
  • Advise staff on performance management processes and development matters;
  • Provide advice on employee relations matters (grievances / disciplinary process);
  • Provide advice on FSCA Employee benefits and compensation matters;
  • Provide advice on various FSCA policies and administration thereof;
  • Perform general administration function and project related function as directed by HR Management;
  • Ensure proper filing of all relevant documents;
  • Ensure employee files are always kept up to date;
  • Provide ongoing reports and relevant statistics on tasks relating to own work.
Key Competencies

The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: People management, problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills, knowledge of current HR legislation, the ability to perform consistently under pressure and be team orientated.
