Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to.
  • Advisory and Administrative support for Disciplinary matters.
  • Assist in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings.
  • Drive required Recruitment process.
  • Manage employee payroll admin and file maintenance.
  • Create contracts, job offers, and amendments.
  • Drive and aid with Training & Development.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and general reports as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to BCEA.
  • Organize Leadership and culture development.

Reports to: General Manager / Group HR Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
  • Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to.
  • Advisory- and- Administrative support for Disciplinary matters
  • Assistance in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings.
  • Drive required Recruitment process.
  • Induction
  • Guidance and Assistance
  • Employee payroll admin
  • Employee file maintenance
  • Contract, job offer and amendment creation.
  • Drive and aid with Training & Development
  • Monthly Reporting
  • General reports as & when required.
  • Ensure that BCEA is adhered to.
  • Drive and organise Leadership and culture development.
  • Organize and develop External training projects.
  • Administrative duties

This is a live in role that is bush based. Must have prior hospitality expereince.
