• Deliver excellent dining service to residents ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in dining areas by supporting setup and cleaning efforts.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently to meet resident needs.
• Evaluate and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Foster meaningful interactions with residents to enhance their overall dining experience.

• Highest educational attainment equivalent to a High School Diploma.
• Prior experience in dining or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with seniors is essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays is necessary to meet the needs of our residents.
