  • Create contracts and job offers.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and general reports.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to.
  • Advisory- and- Administrative support for Disciplinary matters
  • Assistance in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings.
  • Drive required Recruitment process.
  • Induction
  • Guidance and Assistance
  • Employee payroll admin
  • Employee file maintenance
  • Contract, job offer and amendment creation.
  • Drive and aid with Training & Development
  • Monthly Reporting
  • General reports as & when required.
  • Ensure that BCEA is adhered to.
  • Drive and organise Leadership and culture development.
  • Organize and develop External training projects.
  • Administrative duties
