Strategic Workforce Planner - Remote Growth & Forecasts
Job summary
A dynamic staffing solutions company is seeking a Business Workforce Planner to shape internal staffing strategies through accurate headcount forecasts. This role involves maintaining staffing models, scenario planning, and providing operational planning support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-volume staffing environments. - 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, or operations planning.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Experience in BPO or high-volume staffing environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain internal staffing models and track capacity, workload distribution, and productivity trends.
- Build forecasts for attrition, workload shifts, and headcount requirements.
- Analyze recruitment data and recommend optimizations to hiring workflows.
- Create dashboards reflecting staffing trends and prepare monthly reports.
- Partner with Engineering to maintain accurate workforce data.
