A leading tyre management company is seeking a Trainer/Assessor in Johannesburg. The role involves delivering training on OTR tyre management and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must have a Grade 12 certificate, 5+ years in the mining sector, and relevant industry certifications. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the mining sector and/or training.
- Three years of Earthmover tyre fitting experience preferred.
- Certificate in Automotive (Mechanical – Tyre fitting) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in design and maintenance of training material.
- Monitor and review training to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct safety training and assess its effectiveness.
