We're seeking an experienced Campaigns Manager to lead our team of media buyers and oversee campaign performance across the board, taking ownership of execution and strategy.

This role requires someone who is passionate about performance marketing, has strong leadership skills, and can drive results through their team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily performance of multiple paid media campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-lead (CPL).

Lead and support our team of media buyers in optimizing and scaling campaigns, providing guidance on troubleshooting and improving performance.

Oversee creative briefs and ad copy to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and conversion-focused objectives.

Analyze campaign data to identify underperforming areas and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and CRO experts to ensure seamless alignment and optimization of all funnel components.

Identify opportunities to increase spend on high-performing campaigns while managing risk and testing new frameworks.

Establish clear processes, playbooks, and quality standards to maintain high campaign execution standards and scalability.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in lead generation or performance marketing environments.

Proven track record of successfully managing media buyers and teams.

In-depth understanding of Meta Ads, with additional experience across platforms like Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn being a significant advantage.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions that improve return on investment (ROI).

Solid creative instincts and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and team members simultaneously without compromising performance.

Prior experience in lead generation or info products is highly valued.
