Job summary

A well-established import/export organization in Cape Town is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full HR function. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience, with 5 years in management, and a strong background in employee relations. Responsibilities include managing HR processes, coaching managers, and preparing reports for audits. The successful applicant must possess strong communication skills and an HR qualification. Flexibility is required with working hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR function including administration and employee relations.
• Support and coach line managers on HR matters.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and assist with internal audits.

Skills

10 years relevant HR experience

Strong ER background with CCMA experience

Solid knowledge of BCEA & LRA

Excellent communication skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving

Education

Relevant HR qualification (minimum 2-year)
