A global consulting firm based in Johannesburg is seeking a Global Payroll Simulation Specialist to develop employer-cost simulation models and provide strategic insights for clients. This role involves extensive client-facing responsibilities, requiring expertise in global payroll, negotiation with EOR providers, and advanced Excel proficiency. Qualifications
- 3+ years global payroll or EOR experience.
- Direct experience with EOR platforms like Deel or Remote.
- Strong understanding of international payroll and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cost-to-company simulation models.
- Perform sensitivity analysis and present recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate with EOR providers for best rates.
