A customer service management company in Johannesburg is seeking experienced phone leaders to enhance customer experience. This role requires a minimum of two years in service advisory roles, strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English without accent barriers. Full training and a laptop will be provided. Successful candidates will lead teams, ensuring customer satisfaction during varied shifts, including Sundays. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with customers in the USA.
