We’re looking for a Creative Training Specialist to design and lead hands-on training for virtual assistants stepping into creative and client-facing roles. If you enjoy teaching, coaching, and seeing people grow with confidence, this role is made for you.

• Design and deliver structured training programs focused on creative and marketing skills.
• Facilitate live virtual training sessions that are practical, engaging, and easy to follow.
• Train VAs in Social Media, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, and related creative functions.
• Support onboarding by assessing skills, identifying strengths, and recommending development plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve quality, confidence, and performance.
• Work closely with leadership to identify skill gaps and align training with business needs.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and learning modules.

• 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, or learning support roles.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in creative, marketing, or eCommerce work.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 areas such as Social Media, Email Marketing, or Graphic Design.
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply.
• A genuine interest in mentoring, training, and helping others succeed.
• Comfortable using Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, and other remote collaboration tools.

• Stable internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with LAN connection and at least 20 Mbps.
