Minimum two - three years experience in a similar role
Proficient in Human Resource Management Systems, with hands-on experience in Payroll processing, HRIS platforms such as SAGE People, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Extensive knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Skills Development Act (SDA), and the Skills Development Levies Act.
Solid understanding of ISO Standards applicable to HR functions, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
