Our client is seeking an HR Assistant / Executive to join their team!

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Recruitment process, including applications, interviews, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain and update employee databases in Excel and HR systems.
• Complete MOM surveys (OED) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related letters.
• Manage workers' accommodation, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle training-related matters.
• Calculate monthly overtime and allowances.
• Purchase flight tickets as needed.
• Provide general office administrative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Ingredients for Success:

• O/A Levels or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MOM and other statutory board regulations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
