Job Description:
Yearly submission of AIS
Handle HR duties including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and leave tracking
HR duties included work pass application, course arrangement.
Office maintenance and ordering of supplies
Check employee attendance records
Answer phone calls, handle enquiries
Perform administrative duties & other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Responsible for basic accounts receivable and accounts payable
Requirments:
1 to 2 years in HR duties
Diploma holder and above
Flexible and willing to explore and learn new things
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Standard Accounting System
Remuneration payout will be based on working experience
Other ad-hoc duites
Location: Tai Seng
Working hour: Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
