We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Marketing Executive to support the daily operations and marketing activities of our growing portfolio of health and wellness brands. This role involves hands-on management of e-commerce platforms, billing, logistics coordination, campaign execution, and brand support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and continuously optimize product listings across key online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and RedMart to ensure accuracy, visibility, and competitiveness.
Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, coordination with logistics for parcel drop-offs, and timely resolution of operational issues.
Plan, coordinate, and execute all e-commerce sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Track, compile, and tabulate monthly sales and billing reports across all platforms to ensure accurate financial reporting and performance analysis.
Marketing & Trade Marketing
Support the Marketing Manager and Director in the development and execution of marketing strategies, as well as handling day-to-day marketing administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the sales team to execute trade and in-store marketing initiatives, including the development of promotional materials such as wobblers, shelf talkers, and point-of-sale displays.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and provide competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.
Handle customer enquiries (both walk-in and online) related to brand and product information.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketing preferred
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
