Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be responsible for managing a broad range of

HR functions, supporting the organisation’s workforce strategies and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management,
  • employee relations, compensation, talent development, and offboarding;
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing guidance on manpower planning, budgeting, and
  • employee-related matters;
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and industry best
  • practices;
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace
  • culture;
  • Oversee learning and development needs analysis, training budget administration, and course
  • coordination;
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate reporting and documentation; analyse data to support insights-driven
  • decision-making;
  • Support general office administration, including workspace planning, travel arrangements, procurement,
  • and other operational support functions.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to HR strategy;
  • Strong familiarity with local employment regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
