Contributes to the overall success of the Human Resources (HR) in Singapore ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Manager works closely with the management team and key support functions, contributes to their success in achieving business objectives by building and maintaining a capable workforce that will be committed to delivering Bank’s strategies and promoting Scotiabank as an employer of choice. As a trusted team member, the incumbent will leverage his/her knowledge of Human Resources and understanding of emerging issues and best practices and support the Senior Manager to identify, develop and implement innovative HR solutions.
