Job summary
A long-established nursery and landscape specialist in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to develop and manage HR programs. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, strong leadership abilities, and knowledge of local labour laws and practices. This role involves supervising HR staff and ensuring adherence to policies in a people-centric environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of human resources experience.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore labour laws and practices.
- Disciplined leader who is approachable.
Responsibilities
- Develop HRM and HRD programs or policies.
- Control compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Supervise HRM and HRD staff.

- Responsible for developing HRM and HRD programs or policies
- May control compensation and benefits, employee relations, staffing, training, safety, labour relations and employment records
- Supervises human resource management and human resource development staff
- Adopt appropriate strategies to fill replacement or new placement promptly and efficiently
- Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees
- Reviews compensation and benefits
- HRM is to manage procedures to ensure that only HR and approved employees are allowed access to confidential HR information
- Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of human resources experienceGood working knowledge of Singapore labour laws and practices
- A disciplined and people leader who is approachable and connects easily with people across all levels
- Demonstrates hands‑on leadership and can‑do attitude
- Demonstrates strong planning, organization and project management skills
