This role combines administrative support, recruitment, lead generation, and client outreach to ensure smooth operations and business expansion. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple tasks, has a keen interest in real estate, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support & Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, maintaining records, and filing documents. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses. Coordinate and organize office activities, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.Recruitment of Freelancers: Source and recruit freelance agents, consultants, and other real estate professionals. Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with company requirements. Manage the onboarding process for freelancers, ensuring all necessary documents and contracts are completed. Maintain a database of freelancers and ensure consistent communication and engagement. Develop strategies to attract top freelancers to work with the company.Lead Generation & Telecalling: Generate leads through telecalling and online channels, reaching out to potential clients, investors, and tenants. Contact and qualify leads by explaining the companys real estate offerings, including properties for sale and rent. Follow up with potential clients to gauge interest, schedule property viewings, and answer queries. Maintain and update the CRM system with new leads, contacts, and interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and close deals.Client Interaction & Property Explanation: Educate clients about available properties and services, guiding them through the property selection process. Explain key features, pricing, and benefits of various real estate offerings, answering client questions clearly and professionally. Assist clients with necessary documentation for property purchases, rentals, or investments.
