Key Responsibilities:
You will perform the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, payroll administration, contracts management, act as the first point of contact for employee relations, addressing workplace concerns and fostering engagement. You are also expected to collaborate with stakeholders on manpower needs while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What We are Looking For:

  1. A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR operations, with strong grasp in end-to-end processes.
  3. High adaptability, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organisation.
  5. Proficiency in HR systems with a keen eye for numbers and trends.
