Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves driving employee engagement initiatives, building partnerships with leaders, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will manage conflict resolution, support performance management, and coordinate development programs to enhance employees' skills. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and change management programs.
- Build partnerships with leaders by providing strategic HR advice.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate development programs to enhance employees' skills.
- Support regional performance management processes.
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters.
- Maintain HR records in compliance with data protection policies.
- Ensure HR initiatives comply with employment laws.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned business units, ensuring a seamless integration experience for new hires into the organization.

- Support regional performance management processes and promotion cycles through regular monitoring and reporting.
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters and designing improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with data protection policies.
- Ensure all HR initiatives and deliverables meet company guidelines and comply with relevant employment laws while supporting business operational needs.
