We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging in Ang Mo Kio Town Centre. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting the overall HR function within our organisation. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.

1. Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
2. Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
3. Maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
4. Providing support in the area of employee relations, including addressing any queries or concerns
5. Administering employee benefits and leave entitlements
6. Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
7. Collaborating with the HR team to enhance the overall employee experience

1. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast‑paced environment
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
4. Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
5. Proficiency in using HR‑related software and technology
6. A proactive, adaptable, and customer‑focused mindset
