About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team at SingGas (LPG) Pte Ltd in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating HR records and policies
- Providing support for employee relations and performance management
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new hires
- Collaborating with management on strategic HR initiatives
- Maintaining and updating company insurance records and policies
- Liaising with Insurance agents for all the company insurance policies renewal
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting or a related field
