Job summary
A leading food services company in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator. The role involves coordinating onboarding activities, managing work pass applications, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. Candidates should have experience in HR processes, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute positively to the employee life cycle and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR processes and employee administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities and documentation.
- Handle work pass applications and liaise with MOM.
- Maintain records of mandatory training requirements.
- Onboarding & Employee Administration
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparation of Letters of Appointment (LOA) and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee
- Prepare HR related letters and documentation.
- Work Pass Administration
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with MOM, agents, and internal stakeholders on work pass matters.
- Training & Compliance
- Coordinate training administration, including:
- Sourcing training courses and providers
- Tracking attendance and completion
- Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
- Support training cost and training hours tracking.
- Coordinate training administration, including:
- Employee Life Cycle Management
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including:
- Onboarding
- Confirmation
- Internal transfers
- Salary adjustments
- Cessation
- Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including:
- HR Reporting & Support
- Assist in maintaining HR reports
- Provide general HR administrative support and respond to basic employee HR queries.
