Job summary
A growing recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Human Resource Executive to oversee human resource activities and support the company's growth. The role includes payroll processing, talent acquisition, and maintaining employee relationships. Candidates should have a relevant diploma and a minimum of 3 years experience in the field, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the firm's development and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Experience in Staffing/Recruitment industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- In charge of full spectrum of human resource activities.
- Responsible for preparing and processing full payroll cycle.
- Perform internal talent acquisition duties.
- Handle work pass applications and renewals.
- Maintain continuous employee engagement and relationships.
- Design learning resources and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Strategize and implement human resource strategies.
- Handle general administrative duties.

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Senior Human Resource Executive who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.
- In charge of full spectrum of human resource activities
- Responsible for preparing and processing full payroll cycle (Outsourcing)
- Perform internal talent acquisition and other recruitment related duties
- Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
- Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
- Design and create learning resources, training materials and e-contents
- Ensure the organisation in complying with local relevant regulations
- Strategize and implement Human resource strategies
- Handle general administrative duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma in relevant discipline
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Staffing / Recruitment industry will be added advantage
