Job summary
A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a passionate Human Resource Executive to support their HR Department. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment efforts, overseeing staff development, and handling payroll processing. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher in Human Resource with at least 3 years of HR experience, particularly with a focus on payroll analysis and HRIS systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related Operational HR experience.
- Preferably with full HR spectrum experiences or payroll specialist role.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Manage staff training, development, and performance management.
- Oversee payroll management and processing tasks.
- Assist in HRIS management and general administrative duties.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operations in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Human Resource Department.
- Recruitment & selection
- Staff training & development & performance management
- HRIS management
- Payroll management & processing
- General Human Resources & Administrative duties including claim disbursements, fleet & facility management, payroll reports & reports for internal/external audits and any other related HR/Administrative duties as assigned
- Accounts Receivables (AR) and Payable (AP) ad hoc duties when assigned
- At least a Diploma/higher qualification in Human Resource or something relevant
- At least 3 years of related Operational HR Experience. Preferably with full HR spectrum experiences or payroll specialist role previously
- Experience in EasyPay payroll management system and/or Microsoft Navision system is an added advantage
