Key Responsibilities
Reporting to HR Director, APAC, and supported by centralised HR Operations and Centres of Excellence comprising Talent Management, Total Rewards and Systems & HR Operations, you will develop a best-in-class, customer-focused HR partnership and deliver excellent HR service to your stakeholders in the region. You will focus on relationship-building, understanding stakeholder priorities, the overarching business priorities, and recommend and execute talent solutions which support these. You will provide expert professional advice, pragmatic guidance and support on all aspects of human resources and people management in line with Company policies and/or legislative requirements.
