This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess strong communication and leadership skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
3. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop HR staff.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven HR decisions.
9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
10.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
