Job summary
A human resources consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to lead and develop the HR team. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and fostering a positive working environment. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of HR experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure high performance.
- Main point of contact for all employee relations matters.
- Provide advisories to the management about employment issues.
- Foster a positive working environment through effective leadership.
Skills
Education
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Look at continuous process improvements as the team delivers end-to-end HR transactions including payroll and benefits administration, employee data management and reporting.
- Main point of contact for all employee relations matters.
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the management.
- Maintain employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork.
- Provide advisories to the management about employment issues which includes labour legislations, best local labour practices, company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements.
- Reviewing human resources policies and procedures.
- Hands on with HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance.
- Monitor performance, identify and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or related Field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of integrity and discipline.
- Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice.
