Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End to end proactive recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organization’s manpower requirements
  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local regulatory compliance. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of management/employees.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires
  • Develop training calendar and drive training initiatives aligned with business needs
  • Drive and manage performance management process such as annual review process, handling poor performance cases, etc.
  • Review salary structure benchmarking to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market.
  • Manage employee benefits and records management (medical, leave, insurance, etc.)
  • Work closely with management and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention via employee engagement activities
  • Provide HR advice and support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR issues.
  • Maintaining human resource information system records and compile reports from the database,
  • Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives, and processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management preferred or any relevant business field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role and have experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
  • Good time management and possess a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good attitude with a positive mindset and cheerful personality
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws & local company practices
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preference for candidates that can start immediately
