Job summary
A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic pre-sales consultant to handle online inquiries and qualify leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service. Responsibilities include managing customer queries, documenting interactions in a CRM, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team. A monthly salary of SGD 5,000 to 6,000 is offered based on experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese skills; proficient English reading and writing skills.
- Strong learning agility to quickly grasp products and industry knowledge.
- Experience in telemarketing, online customer service, or pre-sales consultation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle online inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Address pre-sales questions regarding product selection and services.
- Document communication and maintain customer profiles.

1.Handle online inquiries via the official website and Facebook, providing timely responses, qualifying leads, and conducting follow-up phone communication.
2.Verify customer authenticity and needs, digging deeper into the real business pain points and application scenarios behind their inquiries.
3.Address all pre-sales questions from customers regarding product selection, technical specifications, price ranges, software features, service processes, etc.
4.Accurately and concisely introduce the core value and solutions of the company's products or services based on customer needs.
5.Document all communication and customer information thoroughly and accurately, building clear customer profiles to support sales decision-making. Seamlessly transfer qualified A/B-level high-intent leads to the corresponding sales engineers along with complete background information to ensure smooth handover.
6.Spark customer interest and build initial trust. Use the CRM system to scientifically grade and tag leads (e.g., A-level—urgent/high intent, B-level—potential/needs follow-up, C-level—requires nurturing, D-level—invalid).
7.Develop nurturing plans for C-level medium- to long-term leads, maintaining engagement through regular updates such as industry news, success stories, and product materials to guide them toward maturity.
8.Collect and analyze common customer questions, frequent objections, and market trends from frontline interactions, providing regular feedback to marketing, product, and sales teams to support business decisions.
9.Participate in optimizing pre-sales scripts, knowledge base, and customer service processes to continuously improve conversion efficiency. Conduct customer visits.

4.Excellent spoken and written Chinese skills; proficient English reading and writing skills required to handle emails and conduct online communication in English.
5.Proficient in using CRM systems, online customer service platforms, and Microsoft Office software.
6.Experience in telemarketing, online customer service, pre-sales consultation, or customer service is preferred.

Main Tasks:Handle online/phone inquiries, qualify leads, uncover deep customer needs, provide pre-sales solutions, manage & nurture leads in CRM, and transfer high-potential leads to sales.
Core Skills:Excellent communication & logical thinking, strong resilience, fast learning ability, and proficiency in Chinese & English.
Requirements:Proficient with CRM & Office tools. Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or pre-sales is a plus.
Monthly salary of SGD 5,000 to 6,000 (for candidates with 3-5 years of experience).
