The Role:
Key Responsibilities
Finance
Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, month/year-end closing
Handle staff claims, intercompany transactions, and quarterly GST reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and support audit preparation
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and external vendors
Admin/HR
Support full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, benefits, and exit processes
Maintain HR records and company documents
Manage office administration, vendor coordination, insurance, leasing, and risk matters
Assist with banking documentation and general admin support, including office/warehouse supplies and IT coordination
Job Requirement:
Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience
Experience with SAP and Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage.
