Senior Executive Assistant, HR Group Shared Services

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with end-to-end employee medical claims processing in-house, ensuring timely submission, and minimizing backlogs.
  • Verify claims documentation for accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with our benefits policies.
  • Assist in claims queries, disputes, investigations, and resolutions with employees, HRBP, Finance, and broker/insurers.
  • Liaise with institutions or other public healthcare institutions and regulatory bodies for claims related matters.
  • Support daily operations and workflow coordination to ensure smooth team functioning.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or digitalization to streamline workflows.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business-related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in claims processing, benefits administration, healthcare claims, or HR Shared Services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of work injury claims, employee medical claims, and insurance reimbursement procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors and SAP) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex claim escalations.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in claim verification and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify process/system gaps and improvements.
