Role Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement while working with autonomy and purpose. Youll enjoy team support, shared resources (like job ad credits), and opportunities to collaborate, all within a culture that values integrity, camaraderie, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: client intake, sourcing, screening, closing
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters when needed were stronger together
  • Ensure timely updates and data hygiene in our ATS
  • Uphold our standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency
  • Occasionally support recruitment marketing initiatives or special projects
Requirements
  • 2 to3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
  • CEI Certification (Singapore) is mandatory
  • Proven sourcing and closing abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently while being a team player
  • Familiar with remote tools and applicant tracking systems
Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA)
