Job summary
A global technology company is seeking a Global Commercial Lead for Spares & Accessories in Singapore. This role involves shaping the commercial strategy, managing the global product portfolio, and driving sales growth through collaborative efforts with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial leadership, strong strategic thinking skills, and the ability to analyze market data for informed decision-making. Qualifications
- Background in spares, consumables, or accessories across international markets.
- Strong in data-led decision making with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in managing and optimizing a product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own the global strategy for Spares & Accessories and oversee its execution.
- Manage and optimize the global portfolio while identifying growth opportunities.
- Guide market teams to increase S&A sales across all channels.
- Analyze market data and consumer needs for informed product decisions.
- Create KPIs for performance management and monitor outcomes.
- Develop business cases for major product launches and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between different organizational teams.
