A leading hospital in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to deliver strategic HR services to business units. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, and various HR projects. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, possess at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
The Executive provides the strategic HR partnership and services to the assigned business units in the areas such as recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, compensation, performance management, employee relations and separation. You will also be involved in various HR projects as part of development.
