Job Description:
Basic up to $4200; Entitled VB
Monday - Friday; Office Hours
Location: Tuas, West Region
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full HR processes including hiring, exits, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development (L&D)
Utilize Unit4 Prosoft HRMS to manage employee data and HR operations
Draft and issue HR letters such as offers, resignations, confirmations, and promotions
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: interviews, checks, onboarding, and orientations
Develop recruitment plans to meet manpower targets and raise related issues
Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance procedures for departing staff
Maintain accurate employee records in digital and physical formats
Manage work pass matters via myMOM/WPOL — including applications, renewals, cancellations, quotas, and bonds
Process insurance claims (GHS, GPA, WICA) and ensure timely follow-up
Handle monthly payroll processing — salaries, commissions, bonuses — ensuring compliance and accuracy
Manage CPF submissions, IR8A/IR21, NS claims, government leave claims, MOM reports, and wage surveys
Oversee training records, registrations, and internal coordination for upskilling sessions
Coordinate company activities, meetings, and internal events
Source and distribute company supplies
