Job summary
A media company in Singapore is seeking a Data Entry Assistant to support the editorial team with data entry and administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively. Candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin are preferred, as the position involves translating and proofreading content. Weekend and public holiday work may be required. No prior experience is necessary.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates without experience.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate updates.
- Translate news and content from English to Mandarin.
- Proofread and edit English and Mandarin manuscripts.
- Update the website and social media.
- Other administrative and editorial duties as required.
Skills
We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to support the editorial team with daily data entry and other routine tasks. If you are a versatile and detail-oriented individual who works well independently and in a team, we’d like to meet you.
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate updates
- Translate news and content from English to Mandarin
- Proofread and edit English and Mandarin manuscripts
