Job summary
A construction development company in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist Planning engineers with documentation tasks, maintain updated drawing lists, and monitor stock records for projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of N-Level, with preferably 1 year experience in data entry or planning support. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail are essential. This role offers an opportunity for candidates keen on administrative responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- N-Level / O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in data entry, planning support, or administrative work.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist Planning engineers in documentation works.
- Maintain updated shop drawing list and production records.
- Prepare weekly & monthly production, delivery, and material usage reports.
Skills
Education
- To assist Planning engineers in all form of documentation works.
- To receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list
- To prepare EXCEL database for all the precast components and update the material data those received from Quantity Surveyor
- Monitor & update the production records in the database on daily basis.
- To monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials.
- Responsible for all the material order for few selected projects.
- Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage.
- Compile some QC documents to submit to main contractor / RTO on weekly or monthly basis for a few selected projects.
- N-Level / O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably 1 year of experience in data entry, planning support, or administrative work
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
