Job summary
A local recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Data Entry Assistant in Singapore. The role involves performing data entry tasks, assisting in sales inquiries, and liaising with customers and operations. Candidates must have GCE N/O levels/NITEC and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Office. Salary ranges from $2,200 to $3,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- At least 1-year experience in data entry or related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate processing of sales orders.
- Assist in sales inquiries and provide accurate quotations.
- Liaise with departments on confirmed orders and delivery requirements.

Position title: Sales Data Entry Assistant
Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours: 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 depending on qualification and experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
- Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
- Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
- Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
- Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- GCE N/O levels/NITEC
- Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
- At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field
