About this Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Singapore to join the ASEAN Marketing Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Singapore, in line with the business priorities and objectives of establishing market leadership, driving demand, expanding market share, and accelerating revenue growth for the Singapore market.

In this role, you will have a key focus to work with stakeholders across the company to fuel awareness, drive executives’ engagement and create demand for Palo Alto Networks solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaboration with the Singapore sales team and cross‑functional teams to create and implement impactful and integrated marketing strategies, customised for the top accounts and priority industry verticals such as BFSI, Public Sector and Telcos in Singapore. You will also establish clear goals and KPIs and track ROI for account/ industry‑specific marketing initiatives.

This position will report to the Head of Marketing, ASEAN, and presents a great opportunity for a talented individual with the desire to be part of a fast‑growing company in a diverse and multicultural environment. We are looking for an individual who is an innovative thinker, is passionate and confident with the desire to try new things.

Your Impact

Work closely with the sales, technical and channel team, regional marketing and shared services teams, to understand customers' digital transformation journey, build/ execute an integrated marketing journey to serve and delight customers and their cybersecurity needs.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy, aligning with the country business plan and leveraging data insights, and provide program measurement and reports of the same.
  • Drive pipeline growth across Enterprise and Named Accounts through integrated marketing programs designed to influence and accelerate opportunities within priority verticals.
  • Design tailored experiences, including white‑glove and micro experiences personalised to the preferences and needs of C‑suite customers.
  • Partner with BDR team to align, discover and deploy top‑performing tactics to create, develop, and close qualified leads and opportunities, and communicate program status, action items, results reporting, and deliverables across marketing and sales.
  • Collaborate with the channel marketing team to map joint ABM efforts with key partner strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
  • Ownership and communication of clear program timeline, status, action items, results, and deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Champion an AI‑first GTM approach, using AI‑driven insights and automation to enhance targeting, personalisation, and scalability across campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and integrated storytelling across all marketing activities, amplifying our value proposition through field, partner, PR and ecosystem channels.
  • Collaborating with regional marketing teams to localise global programmes and best practices that fit the local market context and business objectives.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years in a field, channel, demand‑generation, or campaign marketing role, preferably in the B2B high‑tech/IT/cybersecurity industry.
  • Deadline‑driven, organised, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organisational demands of a high‑growth environment.
  • Comfortable making strategic marketing and investment recommendations and influencing stakeholders, capable of providing consultative input to senior sales leaders.
  • Experience owning and executing integrated marketing plans and programmes with an understanding of marketing‑mix performance mapped to business goals, and with demonstrated success in building pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong experience and enthusiasm for leading and partnering with sales, cross‑functional teams, external vendors and agencies.
  • Data‑driven mindset – hands‑on experience in using data insights to plan, analyse, track and report on campaigns ROI and conversion.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate, personalise, and scale marketing activities is highly desirable.
  • Experience driving account‑based marketing (ABM) or vertical‑focused programmes in collaboration with sales and partners.
  • Hands‑on experience with managing events and trade shows, with a deep understanding of event planning from strategy, budgeting, execution and follow‑through.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to work on what needs to get done – list uploads, creative projects, data cleaning etc.
