Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics)
  • Position Title: HR & Admin Executive / Senior HR & Admin Executive
  • Working Location: Pioneer (Nearby MRT station)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,600 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full monthly payroll and staff claims processing.
  • Manage staff leave and other employee benefits.
  • File employment income with IRAS, including data for foreign workers.
  • Process claims for government-paid leaves like maternity and childcare, and NS make-up pay.
  • Oversee the performance management process, calculate annual raises and variable bonuses based on directives from senior management.
  • Support the Admin/HR Manager in preparing the payroll budget.
  • Work with the Admin/HR Manager to foster effective HR strategies, standards, and a positive workplace culture that matches the company’s goals.
  • Coordinate travel and resolve expatriate issues.
  • Aid the Admin/HR Executive in general office operations such as booking flights, maintaining office supplies, and managing service providers like cleaners, security, and company vehicles and phones.
  • Contribute to government and industry-related surveys.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
