L&D Trainer: Operational Excellence & Transformation
Job summary
A leading global company in Singapore is looking for an experienced L&D Trainer to drive training excellence within their Operational Excellence team. This permanent full-time role involves conducting engaging training sessions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate training compliance records. The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to flexible schedules. This position requires a commitment to deliver impactful training for measurable business results.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Learning & Development or course facilitation.
- Flexible in schedule including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and associates.
- Monitor training compliance and maintain records.
- Keep training materials updated according to process changes.
- Assess learner progress and provide feedback for skill development.
- Support team in identifying training needs for improvements.
- Act as a change agent in transformations.
