L&D Trainer: Operational Excellence & Change
Job summary
A global technology company in Singapore is looking for a passionate L&D Trainer to join their Operational Excellence team. This permanent full-time role involves conducting training sessions, monitoring compliance, assessing learner progress, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office and strong facilitation skills. The position requires a commitment of at least 40 hours per week and flexibility for scheduling, including possible weekend and holiday shifts.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
- Facilitation experience or equivalent qualification.
