Position Overview:
We are seeking an E-commerce Platform Specialist who will take charge of managing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon and our official website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and is ready to contribute to our success by optimizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon and others).
Upload and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search and sales.
Collaborate with designers to create effective and engaging campaign materials.
Oversee daily order management, including processing and fulfillment.
Provide exceptional after-sales service, handling customer inquiries and issues.
Monitor category performance, drive daily operations, and ensure sales targets are met.
Analyze sales data daily, weekly, and monthly to provide insights and recommendations.
Manage traffic and advertising on various platforms, optimizing for the best results.
Communicate with platform partners to negotiate resources and improve business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Must be proficient in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Business-level Japanese proficiency is required/preferred.
