Seeking an experienced professional to lead innovative mold manufacturing capabilities, exceeding customer requirements. Provide technical instruction to enhance mold tech system efficiency, setting industry standards.

• Plan and establish technical standards for mold manufacturing.
• Responsible for mold design technology, process development, and improvement. Develop ideal mold design processes to shorten development periods.
• Implement new mold design technologies to ensure project targets are met.
• Support fixture development and improvements.
• Support analysis, development, and improvement of clamping fixtures for Auto Measuring System.
• Establish and monitor mold manufacturing systems to enhance quality.
• Support development and improvement of mold automation.
• Oversee progress and training results of manufacturing systems.
• Review and confirm the soundness of mold manufacturing system operation manuals.
• Plan and develop new mold design systems, utilizing external resources and establishing guidelines to meet departmental targets.
• Support mold project progress and deploy results to overseas sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in mold manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read mold mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in mold fixture design.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (designated).

Experience with medical tooling is an added advantage.
