EV Claims & Service Advisor — Car Repair Coordination
Job summary
A pioneering electric vehicle service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Claims Consultant to assist customers with insurance claims related to accident vehicles. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively and coordinate with customers, repair workshops, and insurance companies. Proficient knowledge of car insurance, and experience in customer service is essential. This position offers a chance to develop your career in the fast-evolving electric vehicle industry.
Qualifications
- Proficient in loss assessment and compensation in car insurance.
- Experience in automotive after-sales service is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Consult clients and assist in claims settlement for accident vehicles.
- Communicate with customers about estimated service completion times.
- Collect documents and assess losses for insurance claims.
- Record customer concerns and convert them into repair orders.
