Your responsibilities will include preparing technical proposals and conducting performance evaluations for hydrotreating and hydrocracking units, ensuring our clients receive tailored, high‑impact solutions. You will contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing our calculation tools and expanding our knowledge base within fossil and renewable hydrocarbons. Additionally, you will collaborate on project teams focused on designing and revamping hydroprocessing units. As part of a multicultural team, you will provide specialized technical services on‑site at refinery customers’ premises, working closely with more than 80 dedicated colleagues across commercial, R&D, Global Supply, and regional offices. Your role will also involve continuous dialogue with refineries to address their needs, including on‑site visits with account managers, and opportunities to represent Topsoe as a speaker at seminars, training courses, and webinars.

What You Will Bring

You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude. High proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential for success in this role. You hold a degree in chemical engineering and ideally bring significant experience—preferably over eight years—in the field, with a solid understanding of refinery processes, especially hydroprocessing and hydrocracking. You approach people and tasks with flexibility and a solution‑oriented mindset, demonstrate initiative and technical flair, and are committed to making a meaningful impact by taking ownership of your assignments. You actively seek to deepen your knowledge of the business, enjoy traveling and working in cross‑cultural environments, and have a talent for troubleshooting.
