  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
